Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges Policy –
Due to the custom nature of our pieces, which include fit samples and alterations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Quality Guarantee
While we cannot accept returns due to the bespoke nature of our work, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a piece that:
- Arrives damaged due to shipping
- Has manufacturing defects
- Significantly differs from your approved design
- Does not meet the quality standards you've paid for
